Chef owners Joseph and Matthew have spent decades working locally and internationally in Award winning restaurants. They have previously established Joe Chef Events and Grapevine Catering, both well respected catering companies operating throughout the Shire and have now merged together to create Friday Hut Dining Events and Catering.
This collaboration developed organically through a shared passion of fresh, seasonal, local produce and a desire to provide exceptional service.
